Return Policy

Our goal at EllaRae Boutique is to ensure you are happy and absolutely in love with your wig. Please feel free to contact us via email/direct message with any questions in regard to colors, styles, or any wig related questions. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to request a refund for your wig. 

To be eligible for a refund ALL wigs MUST meet the following criteria:

1. Wigs are not altered in any way.
2. The wig must not be shaken out, brushed, or restyled.
3. The wig has not been worn.
4. The zig-zag part must be in place.
5. Odor-Free-any odors on the wig will render the product ineligible for return. This includes but is not limited to, cigarette smoke, perfume, shampoo, and any styling products.
6. Wigs must be returned in the original packaging and tags may not be removed.
7. Request for return is made within 48 hours of the received date.

Return Process:

If you would like to request a return, please notify EllaRae Boutique via email, [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase. Please know that the time begins the day you receive your wig. Please include your full name, order number, and item number. Please include an explanation as to why you would like to return your wig. EllaRae will respond to your request within 48 hours. If the refund is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.  All returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and returned shipping will be paid at the expense of the purchaser. 

Products Ineligible for Return:

1. International Orders
2. Clearance/Sale Items
3. Discontinued Items
4. Accessories (Including wig bands, wig caps, stands, headbands, etc)

If your product is received back and determined ineligible for return, we will ship the item back to you and include a copy of a report showing our findings and reasoning as to why it would be ineligible. 

Order Cancellations:

Please make sure you have the correct style and color in your cart before you proceed to pay as once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes.

Colors May Vary:

While trying to provide the best and most accurate coloring of our styles in our Facebook lives, colors may vary depending on lighting i.e. indoor, outdoor and studio.
